How long are shipping times?

Products flagged in the shop as "ready to deliver", can be delivered in Cyprus within 3 working days. Ready to deliver products will be delivered either to buyer's home address or to his/her nearest courier store. Delivery cost varies according to each product's weight. At checkout the total cost including delivery is shown.

FREE delivery in Cyprus on orders above 50 euros.

The estimated shipping time for "external products," varies from 5 - 45 working days. Each product at agorasto has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. For external products, delivery in Cyprus will be FREE. However, since these products are shipped directly to you from vendors all over the world might be subject to relevant customs and duty taxes. By placing your order, you are agreeing to pay for those additional costs, if they occur.

You may receive external products either at your nearest address post office or courier office. There is not always a home delivery service for external products.

What's your return policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you to review the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Agorasto reserves the right to deny any return request.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please send it back to us.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund but please arrange to send the product back to us.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

Can I track my order?

For most products, we will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and Revolut on our website.

Can I get a refund for my shipping costs?

We will refund your shipping costs if the product was received due to an error on our part. For change-of-mind returns, and any other return reason that is not due to an error on our part, we do not refund shipping charges.

Is my personal information kept private?

Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill an order contract with you. Read more about in our Privacy Policy.

How do I use a discount code?

To use a promotional code, please follow these steps:

  • Place your orders.
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your Discount Code at the box indicating "Discount Code".

Simply type or copy and paste (recommended) the discount code in this text field. Submit your order to see the final amount with your promotion discount applied.
